Resetting your password

In the even that you would like to reset your password, you can do so on the log-in page. Click "I forgot my password" in the lower-right corner of the log-in window.

On the next page, you will be asked to enter your email address. Please make sure that you enter the email address that you used to register! Clicking the "Submit" button will immediately generate an email that will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password. If you do not get an email, please verify your email address and try again. If you still do not receive the email, contact KDQOL Complete Support above.

Once you have received the email and follow the link to reset your password, you'll be prompted to enter a new password twice for verification. Click "Submit" to finalize the change. You will now be asked to log in with your email address and new password.
