Printing patient and chart reports
Patient and chart reports are generated each time a survey is entered into KDQOL Complete. You will find them on the survey page for the survey on which you'd like to report.
Why won't my patient or chart report print?
If you are having trouble printing the patient or chart report, please contact your IT/IS department. Usually, these problems are related to your computer or network. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed, and verify that your printer is working correctly. Sometimes rebooting your computer will also help.
