IE, Norton/Symantec confilcts

When running a Norton/Symantec firewall, a common issue arrises where Internet Explorer may not permit a user to successfully log into the KDQOL Complete. It is not known what precisely is the issue, but installing the latest version of Mozilla FireFox allows a successful log-in without disabling the Norton/Symantec firewall. This issue was documented in at least two cases and was resolved in this manner.
